Today we traveled 30.1 NM, locking down 67.2' and are docked at the top of Lock 44, Big Chute. The waterways were insane! Sunday boaters in narrow rivers water skiing, speeding, applying zero safe boating procedures! Note, never boat on weekends in this area.
We were able to dock at the top of the lock and observe the process of boats locking over the marine railway system! Tomorrow will be our turn!
