New Johnsonville, Tennessee - Day 3 (Johnsonville State Park)

We visited the Johnsonville State Park today touring the Civil War Battlegrounds. We then enjoyed a great gathering tonight hosted by the marina with many Loopers at port!

New Johnsonville, Tennessee - Day 2

We woke up to complimentary warm cinnamon rolls from the marina this morning. Such a nice treat, thank you Pebble Isle Marina!  We took the courtesy van today into the town of Waverly for provisioning. Another picture perfect day with bright sunny skies, 80 degree weather, and stunning views! We had a large group of Loopers dock today. We all gathered for docktails and then enjoyed a great dinner at the marina restaurant.

We traveled 27.3 NM today heading south down Kentucky Lake, along the Tennessee River.  The sun was shining bright all day, finally! Temperatures today were 30 degrees warmer than yesterday. We enjoyed docktails with brand new Loopers, Kit and Pam who are aboard India Jayne.  Great people who we hope to share ports with again over the next several months!  There are also so many Loopers here that we haven't seen for many miles. We are docked at Pebble Isle Marina, New Johnsonville, TN.
