We were informed that Lock #23 is closed for several days due to high water so we won't travel onward up the Oswego Canal until further notice. Fortunately, we scored a spot at Ess-Kay Marina over the July 4th weekend. Once docked at port, we found at least 5 other 'Looper's' here also in the holding pattern to continue onward along the loop. We are invited to the marina's annual July 4th party tomorrow evening followed by the town fireworks display. This will make for a fun holiday weekend!
