Moore Haven, Florida

We left our boat docked at Fort Myers Yacht Basin and flew to Cajun Country to visit my amazing family. After enjoying ten great days seeing my sister's family prosper, my mother and Jon doing great, and enjoying (not enough time with) my cousin Geneva, it was time to leave. Flying back to the boat was difficult as I love every minute with them...but it's time to finish our Great Loop! Today we traveled 47.4 NM , locked up 10' through two easy breezy locks along the Calooshatchee Canal en-route to cross over Lake Okeechobee. We were greeted by Loopers Al and Jane, aboard InSpeyered 2, and Gold Loopers Bruce and Bev, aboard Paddy Wagon, as we docked at Moore Haven City Docks.

Perfect cruising day!
